New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian Army took a big action late last night and destroyed nine terrorist hideouts in Pakistan. There is an atmosphere of excitement in the whole country about this operation named 'Operation Sindoor'. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also held a cabinet meeting in this regard and praised the bravery of the army.

According to cabinet sources, during the meeting, Prime Minister Modi informed his cabinet colleagues about the successful operation conducted against Pakistan. He said that the Indian Army carried out this operation with full preparation and without any mistake, which is a moment of immense pride for all of us. The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the army. After this, all the ministers of the Union Cabinet expressed full faith in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that the whole country stands firmly with him.

It is noteworthy that the Indian Army carried out missile attacks on terrorist bases located inside Pakistan between 1 am and 1:30 am last night. These included a total of nine locations including the Lashkar-e-Taiba headquarters in Muridke and the Jaish-e-Mohammed launch pad in Bahawalpur. According to various reports, at least 100 terrorists are reported to have been killed in this operation.

A joint press conference of the Defense Department and the Ministry of External Affairs was organized today to give detailed information about this late night military action against Pakistan. Indian Army Colonel Sophia Qureshi, who was present at the press briefing, said that the Indian armed forces successfully completed their operation in Pakistan between 1:05 am and 1:30 am on the intervening night of May 6 and 7. This action has given a befitting reply to cross-border terrorism.
