Rahul Gandhi alleges 6,018 names deleted from Karnataka voter list, blames CEC

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, addressed a press conference. At the press conference, Rahul Gandhi raised the issue of vote theft. Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP, said, "First of all, this isn't a hydrogen bomb; a hydrogen bomb is on the way. This is another milestone in demonstrating and establishing to the youth of this country how elections are being rigged."
Rahul Gandhi said that Aland is a constituency in Karnataka. Someone tried to delete 6,018 votes. We don't know how many votes were deleted in Aland in the 2023 elections. The number is much higher than 6,018, but someone was caught deleting those 6,018 votes, and it was a coincidence.
“6,018 names deleted from Karnataka voter list, Chief Election Commissioner protecting vote thieves”; Rahul Gandhi makes serious allegations : The Congress MP said that what happened was that the booth level officer there saw that his uncle's vote had been deleted, so he investigated who had deleted his uncle's vote, and he found that the person who deleted the vote was a neighbour. He asked his neighbour, but he said that he did not delete any vote. Neither the person who deleted the vote nor the person whose vote was deleted knew. Some other force hijacked the process and deleted the vote.
Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi also targeted Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. He said that the Chief Election Commissioner of India is protecting those who have destroyed Indian democracy.
Rahul Gandhi further said, "I will not say anything on this platform that is not based on 100 percent truth. I love my country, I love my Constitution, I love the democratic process, and I am defending that process. I will not say anything here that is not based on 100 percent evidence that you can determine."
Before this press conference, Congress posted a post on the social media platform X. In this post, the Congress wrote, "Tie your seat belt." A video was also shared with the post.
