Supreme Court's Major Decision: Recruitment of 1158 Assistant Professors in Punjab Government Colleges Cancelled

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu)- The Supreme Court has cancelled the appointment process of 1158 assistant professors in government colleges of Punjab and along with this has issued orders to make new recruitment in the next 6 months.

Let us tell you that last year the double bench of the High Court had approved this recruitment and many candidates had filed a petition in the Supreme Court against this decision, on hearing which the Supreme Court gave this decision today and cancelled the order of the High Court.
