Mexico City (The Uttam Hindu): At least 21 people were killed in a highway accident in Mexico's central-eastern state of Puebla. According to information, the accident took place when a truck tried to overtake another vehicle before swerving into the opposite lane and hitting a bus, then a transport van.

Local authorities have given the information. Puebla's Interior Minister Samuel Aguilar said in a post on the social platform X that the accident involved three vehicles and caused injuries to several other people who are being treated.
