There Is No Danger of Radiation Leak and No Casuality', Iran's First Statement After US Attacks

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): After the US air strike, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has confirmed that Iran fired more than 30 ballistic missiles on Israel on Sunday morning. About 16 people are reported to be injured in these attacks, while many buildings have been damaged. Iran has issued its first statement after the US attacks on three nuclear bases. Iran says that its nuclear sites have not suffered any damage and they are completely safe.
Iran's Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI) has denied the threat of any radiation leak at the country's major nuclear sites after US air strikes on Sunday. This information has come to light quoting Iran's state media reports. Along with this, the threat of radiation leak has also been denied. The organization has assured the public that no radiation has been detected in the security check. Along with this, the organization also made it clear that the country's nuclear program, which it termed as 'National Industry', will not stop despite these attacks. Iran's Atomic Energy Organization called these attacks a violation of international law and said that the agency has started the process of legal action to protect its national interests. Iran has appealed to the international community to condemn these attacks and support Iran in its right to peaceful nuclear development.
Iran's Foreign Ministry has also strongly condemned the US military attack. The ministry said that this attack is a violation of the most basic principles of the United Nations Charter and international law. Iran said that the entire responsibility for the dangerous consequences of this serious crime will lie on the aggressive and illegal government of America.
