In this video, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama is seen kneeling on the red carpet for Italian PM Maloni. Edi Rama has won the election of Albanian Prime Minister for the fourth time just a day ago. After this, he gave a grand welcome to the European leaders in the capital Tirana despite heavy rain.

The welcoming ceremony of European leaders began with Edi Rama waving a blue umbrella on the red carpet. The logo of the European Political Community (EPC) was printed on it. Edi Rama was wearing a necktie and trademark sneakers during this time. When Italian Prime Minister Meloni arrived in the order of politicians, Edi Rama knelt down on the ground.
