New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Apple may launch the new iPhone 17 series at the "Away Dropping" event on Tuesday. This series may include iPhone 17, 17 Air and iPhone 17 Pro. Apart from this, Apple AirPods and Apple Watch Series 11 can also be unveiled at the event.

Apple's A19 and A19 Pro chips are expected to be used in the new iPhone series. This will give users faster performance and many new features. The design of the new iPhone 17 can be quite similar to the iPhone 16. This time the company's focus may be on integrating artificial intelligence and improving user experience. In this event, Apple can also launch a thin Air model, whose thickness will be less than 5.5 millimeters. Through this, the company is trying to expand its product range.

Apple will also launch AirPods Pro 3. It can have health tracking features like heart rate monitoring. This feature was first introduced in Apple's Beats Powerbeats Pro 2, but it uses an optical sensor.

The company is preparing to integrate more AI-powered capabilities into its iPhones, although some major updates, such as a smarter Siri assistant, are scheduled for next year. The iPhone 16 was the first phone from Apple designed for a wide range of AI features.

Apple's shares saw a tremendous surge last month. This was due to investor excitement about the company's new launch. Analysts estimate that sales could grow by about 2 percent to 232 million iPhones in 2026, helping the company maintain steady growth in its service business.

India is an emerging market for Apple. The company is rapidly expanding its retail stores here.
