Shimla (The Uttam Hindu)::Bank of Baroda, one of India’s leading public sector banks, has contributed ₹1 crore to the Chief Minister's AapdaRahatKosh 2025to support families affected by the devastating floods that struck Himachal Pradesh this year.

In a solemn ceremony held today at the Chief Minister's Office, the contribution cheque was handed over to Hon'ble Chief Minister Himachal Pradesh Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu by Shri Sabheak Singh, General Manager & Zonal Head, Chandigarh Zone. On this occasion Shri BalKishan, Deputy General Manager & Regional Head and Shri Rajesh Kumar Gaba, Assistant General Manager & Deputy Regional Head, Shimla Region along with other senior officials of the Bank were also present.

The contribution demonstrates the Bank's solidarity with the people of Himachal Pradesh during this challenging time and is aimed at providing immediate relief and rehabilitation support to families whose lives and livelihoods have been severely impacted by the floods that caused widespread damage across the state.
