Digging for a dream: Man uncovers life-changing treasure in backyard, strikes gold!

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu) : The luck of a French man suddenly changed when he found bags full of gold in his garden.

This man wanted to build a swimming pool in his home, so he started digging in his garden. Then something suddenly happened that changed his entire life. Not only that, the treasure he found in his garden will now remain with him. According to local officials, he has found a treasure worth $800,000.

When the individual found the treasure, they immediately informed the authorities. The council then granted the individual permission to keep this valuable treasure. According to the council, the treasure was not found at an archaeological site, and therefore, the individual has sole ownership of it.

According to the local newspaper Le Progrès, the man found "five gold bars and several coins" in plastic bags under the soil. Police investigations revealed that the gold was obtained legally and was processed at a local refinery about 15 or 20 years ago. The town hall said the previous owner of the garden has passed away, so it is not known who owns the buried gold. This is not the first incident in which such a thing has happened. In France, ordinary citizens often find gold on their land or elsewhere.
