The company is offering huge discounts on its popular compact SUV, the Taigun, in January 2026. If you are thinking of buying a new car this month, this could be a profitable deal for you. The company is currently offering customers savings of up to Rs 1 lakh on different variants of the Taigun, making it a tougher competitor to cars like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.

The entry-level variant is getting the most benefits

Looking at the discount offers, the biggest benefit will be to those customers who purchase the Tigun's entry-level variant, the "Comfortline MT" (MY2025). This variant is being offered with a total discount of up to ₹1.04 lakh. The Highline Plus AT variant also receives a discount of around ₹1 lakh. Furthermore, if you're a fan of sporty looks, the GT Line AT variant offers discounts of up to ₹80,000.

Exchange bonus and engine changes on the top model

The company is also offering discounts on the top variants of its 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine. Customers can get an exchange bonus of up to ₹50,000 on the GT Plus Chrome DSG and GT Plus Sport DSG. Currently, the Tigun's ex-showroom price starts at ₹11.42 lakh and goes up to ₹19.19 lakh. Another significant change is that the company has discontinued the manual gearbox with the 1.5-liter turbo engine, meaning this powerful engine will now be available only with an automatic transmission.

In terms of engine and features, the Tigun GT Line is powered by a 1.0-liter TSI petrol engine, while the GT Plus Sport is powered by a more powerful 1.5-liter TSI EVO engine.
