Bomb threat sent to Fortis Hospital in Mohali as Bhagwant Mann is admitted; schools also get threat mails

Mohali (The Uttam Hindu): The daily bomb threats continue unabated across the country. This morning, another threat was received to bomb schools in Mohali, Punjab. It is reported that this threat was made via email. Following this, the police swung into action. The schools have been evacuated.

Fortis Hospital has also been mentioned in this threat mail. CM Bhagwant Mann is admitted here. According to the information, this mail came around 8:30 in the morning. Let us tell you that the school timings have been changed since yesterday Monday. According to the information, the children had reached the school. As soon as it was known that Fortis Hospital was also mentioned in the mail, there was a stir in the security agencies. Immediately the police squad and officers reached the spot. After receiving the threat, Gyan Jyoti School of Phase-2 has been declared closed. The team is checking inside the school. The time of bomb blast has been written as 11 am in the mail.
