Central Bank of India, regional office Chandigarh organizes Agriculture Credit Outreach Camp at Raipur Rani

Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): An Agriculture Credit Outreach Camp was organized by Central Bank of India, Regional Office Chandigarh at Branch Office, Raipur Rani, to promote agricultural finance and support farmers and agri-entrepreneurs. The camp was led by GM (Credit Corporate) Sh. A.K. Khanna and Regional Head, Chandigarh, Sh. Ram Kumar Yadav, in the presence of local dignitaries and SHG members.

Information on key agriculture loan schemes and social security schemes was shared, followed by an interactive session with participants. During the camp, loans amounting to ₹509 lakh were sanctioned, and sanction letters were distributed to beneficiaries. A tree plantation drive was also conducted, reflecting the Bank’s commitment to sustainable development.
