New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Central Bank of India, Delhi Zonal Office successfully organized a grand Town Hall Meeting on 21.11.2025, which was enthusiastically attended by officers and employees from various regions and branches of the Delhi Zone. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Kalyan Kumar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.


In his inspiring address, Mr. Kalyan Kumar elaborated on the Bank's history, future vision ongoing transformational initiatives, business growth, customer-centric excellence and the roadmap for retail, agriculture and MSME lending goals. He highlighted digital adoption, operational efficiency and proactive customer service as key pillars of the Bank's strategic success. He also commended the efforts of the Delhi Zone and called for continued efforts towards high performance, ethical banking and innovation.


He also appealed to everyone to work on their own self-development and strive to transform their branch office into a happy place.


The meeting was also addressed by Mr. Sheeshram Tundwal, Head, Delhi Zone who highlighted the Zone's achievements and the collective efforts needed to further strengthen business growth in key areas.


Over 600 employees from the Delhi Zone participated in this town hall meeting. During the interactive session, employees had the opportunity to offer suggestions, seek guidance and reaffirm their commitment to providing excellent service.


The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Mr. P.C. Khurana, Deputy General Manager, who expressed gratitude for the MD & CEO's inspiring address and thanked all participants for their active participation.


This town hall meeting reaffirms Team Delhi Zone's commitment to contribute significantly to the mission of making Central Bank of India a modern, customer-centric, and high-performing public sector bank.
