New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The annual cultural function “Samagam” was organised with great enthusiasm at B.S.M. Public School, Karala, Delhi-81, on Sunday evening at 6:00 PM within the school premises. The entire campus resonated with joy, cultural vibrancy, and festive spirit as students, parents, and guests came together to celebrate creativity and talent.

The event was graced by several eminent personalities, including renowned Punjabi singers Babbu Maan and Elly Mangat, Indian wrestling legend The Great Khali, local MLA Gajender Drall, Paralympic javelin throw gold medallist Navdeep Singh, and Commonwealth medallist and Indian wrestler Krishan Baiyanpuriya. Their esteemed presence added dignity, inspiration, and excitement to the occasion.

The programme commenced with an auspicious Ganesh Vandana, followed by a captivating series of cultural performances rooted in patriotism and Indian culture, presented gracefully by the students. The colourful performances showcased discipline, confidence, and artistic excellence, earning loud appreciation from the audience.

Addressing the gathering, the guests praised the students’ talent and lauded the school’s consistent efforts in promoting quality education, sports excellence, and cultural development. They encouraged students to pursue holistic growth alongside academic success.

The evening concluded on a proud note with the National Anthem. The annual function Samagam proved to be a memorable and inspiring evening for parents, guests, teachers, and students alike.
