New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): On Sunday, in Tilak Nagar police station area of West Delhi, a minor quarrel between two old friends took the form of a bloody fight. The matter escalated so much that both of them attacked each other with knives. Both died on the spot in the incident. According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Sandeep and Arif. Both lived nearby in Khyala's B Block area and were also well-established families. Both were married and have small children.

Delhi shaken by double murder, two friends stabbed each other in Tilak Nagar; both died : According to local residents, Sandeep and Arif's friendship was years old. They often spent time together. Sandeep was earlier a gym trainer and was recently involved in property dealing. Detailed information about Arif is not yet known. According to eyewitnesses, there was an argument between the two over something, which turned into a violent fight. Suddenly both of them took out knives and attacked each other. Both were seriously injured in the attack and died on the spot.

As soon as the incident was reported, the police teams of Tilak Nagar and Khyala police station reached the spot and took the bodies into custody and sent them to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital for postmortem. At present, the police is investigating the case from every angle. Efforts are being made to know what was the reason that made both of them enemies of each other despite their deep friendship.

The footage of CCTV cameras installed in the area is being examined and people in the neighbourhood are being questioned. Police say that soon all the links related to the incident will be connected and the whole case will be revealed. After this heartbreaking incident, there is an atmosphere of panic in the area and the neighbours are shocked that a deep friendship can become so deadly.
