Mega retail outreach program organized in Delhi to boost customer engagement
Delhi South (The Uttam Hindu): Central Bank of India, Delhi South successfully organized a Mega Retail Outreach Program at the NCUI Campus on February 21, 2026. This program proved to be an important initiative towards expanding the retail business and strengthening customer engagement.
The program was graced by the presence of Mr. P. Anoop Kumar, General Manager, Central Office, Mumbai. The presence of Mr. Anil Agnihotri, Regional Head; Mr. Anil Kumar, Assistant General Manager, Zonal Office, Delhi; and Mr. Mandeep Kumar, Deputy Regional Head, added special significance to the event.
On this occasion, Mr. Anil Agnihotri provided detailed information on the bank's various retail products such as home loans, vehicle loans, personal loans, education loans, mortgage loans, and other customer-centric schemes. He highlighted the bank's strengths through competitive interest rates, quick approval process, and simple documentation.
In his address, Mr. P. Anup Kumar highlighted the Bank's latest products and services, digital banking facilities, and modern technological initiatives, emphasizing its commitment to providing an excellent and seamless banking experience to its customers.
Retail loans worth ₹155 crore were completed under this retail outreach campaign, reflecting the Bank's strong market presence and customer confidence. Customers present at the event praised the Bank's excellent services and noted its prompt and transparent service delivery. Sanction letters were presented to several customers during the event.
This mega retail outreach program marked an important milestone in the continued growth of the retail business, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding banking services.
