The grand Shri Krishna Katha Amrit event held in Nangal concluded ceremonially with the divine narration of the Rukmini Vivah episode
Nangal Township (The Uttam Hindu): The five-day Shri Krishna Katha Amrit, organized by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan and residents of Nangal, concluded today with supreme spiritual elevation and deep devotion. Swami Sajjananand Ji informed that from 11 to 15 November, this extraordinary narration was held daily from 6 PM to 9 PM at Staff Club Ground, Nangal, where a large number of devotees participated and experienced profound divinity.
On the final day, disciple of Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Katha Vyas Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji, presented the divine narration of the sacred Rukmini Vivah. She beautifully explained Rukmini Ji’s love, devotion, and unwavering dedication. She said that the Rukmini marriage is not just a worldly event but a spiritual symbol of devotion and surrender that guides human life.
She shared that just as Rukmini Ji wholeheartedly accepted Shri Krishna as her everything, every seeker must also adopt the resolve of love, loyalty, and truth towards the Divine. The bhajans and kirtans during the event made the atmosphere even more devotional.
Spiritual Insights from the Katha
Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji emphasized the importance of Brahm Gyan through the Rukmini Vivah episode. She explained that the true form of Lord Krishna cannot be understood merely by listening; one can experience His divinity only through inner realization—which is possible through the awakening of Brahm Gyan.
She added that when a seeker’s mind becomes pure and through the grace of the Guru receives self-realization, only then can one truly experience the divine light of Krishna within. This is the deeper essence of the katha.
