Several other states are also witnessing intensified monsoon activity. In Rajasthan, heavy to very heavy rain is forecasted in Kota, Bharatpur, and Jaipur divisions today, while Bikaner may see thunderstorms between June 25 and 27. A fresh weather system forming in the Bay of Bengal could bring another round of heavy rain in eastern Rajasthan from June 27. Meanwhile, Himachal Pradesh is under an orange alert for the next two days, with chances of very heavy rainfall due to the advancing southwest monsoon.
In Uttar Pradesh, areas like Gorakhpur, Deoria, and Kushinagar are receiving relief from the heat due to ongoing rainfall, which is expected to continue through the week. Madhya Pradesh is also witnessing heavy rainfall, particularly in its western and eastern regions till June 27. Eastern states such as Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Vidarbha are under active monsoon conditions, with heavy rain expected in parts of Vidarbha on June 25–26.
