Bigg Boss Fame Abdu Rozik Arrested at Dubai Airport, Management Confirms Detention

New Delhi(The Uttam Hindu): Popular Tajikistani singer and social media star Abdu Rozik, best known in India for his appearance on Bigg Boss 16, has been arrested at Dubai International Airport. According to a report by Khaleej Times, Rozik was detained upon his arrival from Montenegro.

While Dubai authorities have not released an official statement regarding the reason behind the arrest, Rozik’s management company has confirmed that he was taken into custody on charges of theft. The agency has declined to share further details, citing the sensitivity of the ongoing legal process.

Abdu Rozik rose to global fame with his viral music videos and humorous social media content. His stint on Indian reality show Bigg Boss 16 made him a household name in India. Known for his charisma and online presence, the singer has millions of followers across various platforms.

This is not Rozik’s first brush with legal trouble. In 2024, he was questioned by India's Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a money laundering probe linked to a hospitality company.
