
Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): Doctors have released a major update regarding the health of renowned Bollywood screenwriter and Salman Khan's father, Salim Khan. Salim Khan is being treated under the supervision of Dr. Jalil Parkar. Providing information about the veteran writer's health, he stated that Salim Khan has not undergone any major surgery. He suffered a minimal brain hemorrhage, for which doctors performed only a minor medical procedure (DSA).
Currently, his health is improving and he is responding well to treatment. Doctors say that if all goes well, he will be removed from the ventilator by tomorrow. However, no specific information has been given regarding his discharge date.
It is known that on the morning of February 17, after suffering from high blood pressure and initial problems, he was brought to Lilavati Hospital by the family doctor, where after preliminary examination he was directly shifted to the ICU. Seeing this condition of their father, the entire family including Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan has been making frequent visits to the hospital since yesterday. There has been a lot of hustle and bustle outside Lilavati Hospital since Wednesday morning. Apart from the Khan family, many big Bollywood celebrities, including Sanjay Dutt and Javed Akhtar, have reached the hospital to inquire about his health. The entire Bollywood and fans are praying for Salim Khan's speedy recovery.
