Fraud Allegations on 7 Including Shahrukh, Deepika; Case Registered

Bharatpur (The Uttam Hindu)- A fraud case has been registered against 7 people including actors Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. This complaint has been registered at Mathura Gate police station.
This may increase the problems of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. This FIR has been lodged by Bharatpur resident Kirti Singh. In her complaint, she said that some time ago she bought a car from Hyundai company, but from the very first day of buying the car, technical flaws started appearing in it. Despite repeated complaints, the company did not take any concrete steps. They kept assuring her again and again that the car will be fixed, but did nothing. They kept trying to avoid her by making excuses.
Tired of this attitude of the car manufacturer, Kirti Singh has decided to fight a legal battle. She filed a complaint against this fraud in the CJM court of Bharatpur. On this, the court ordered the Mathura Gate police station to register an FIR. Kirti Singh claimed that Hyundai company sold her a car with 'manufacturing defect'. After the court's order, the police registered a case under sections of fraud against 7 people including Hyundai company, its officials and brand ambassadors Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. A case has been registered under various sections. Kirti Singh says that she bought the Hyundai car after seeing the advertisements of Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. In such a situation, this breaking of consumer trust also directly reflects the accountability of the brand ambassadors. It will be interesting to see what further action is taken on this. At present, there has been no response on this matter from Shahrukh or his team.
