"He Tried to Drag Me to Hotel”- Famous Actress Drops Bombshell on MLA, Says He Harassed Her for 3 Years

Thiruvananthapuram (The Uttam Hindu): Kerala politics witnessed a major storm today after popular Malayalam actress Rini George accused a prominent youth leader of harassment, claiming he had been sending her objectionable messages for over three years and even tried to summon her to a five-star hotel.
In a shocking online interview that has now gone viral, Rini George revealed that she first came into contact with the leader through social media. “His inappropriate behavior began three years ago, when I received the first set of obscene messages,” she said.
According to her, when she threatened to complain to senior party leaders, the youth leader dismissed her concerns arrogantly, saying: “I don’t care, tell whoever you want.” Rini alleged that despite repeated complaints, party seniors ignored the issue, and the accused was instead promoted within the party.
Although the actress did not name the leader or his party, the BJP launched a direct attack on the Congress, claiming that the accused is none other than Congress MLA Rahul Manakuttil. Following this, BJP workers staged a massive protest outside Manakuttil’s office in Palakkad district, demanding his immediate resignation.
So far, neither Rahul Manakuttil nor the Congress party has issued an official statement. However, sources suggest that the party’s top leadership has sought a detailed report before deciding on the next course of action. The explosive allegations have triggered a political storm in Kerala, with all eyes now fixed on Congress’s response.
