The Hurun India Rich List report, released today, October 1st, revealed something that has shocked everyone. 59-year-old Shah Rukh Khan has now become the world's richest actor, with a net worth estimated at ₹12,490 crore. With this historic achievement, he has also become the world's first "billionaire" actor.

Even the biggest Hollywood stars pale in comparison to King Khan's reign. In terms of net worth, Shah Rukh Khan has surpassed many Hollywood celebrities like Taylor Swift, Jerry Seinfeld, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is the first time an Indian actor has dominated the global entertainment industry in such a way in terms of earnings.

Following Shah Rukh Khan on this rich list, his co-star and business partner Juhi Chawla is surprisingly second, with a net worth of ₹7,790 crore. Hrithik Roshan (₹2,160 crore) is third, director-producer Karan Johar (₹1,880 crore) is fourth, and megastar Amitabh Bachchan (₹1,630 crore) is fifth.
