Gurugram (The Uttam Hindu): There was a stir in Gurugram, Haryana when a 7-year-old child was kidnapped and murdered. After which the body of the child was thrown near Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway. When people saw the dead body of the child, the police was informed about it.

The dead child has been identified as Ashish. His parents are originally from Alwar district of Rajasthan, but are currently living in a rented house in Fatehpur village. According to the information, both the mother and father of the child work in a private company. Last Saturday, the mother had gone to work leaving her child with her husband. After this, when she returned home in the evening, she saw that son Ashish was not at home. For about two hours, both the parents kept searching for the child, but the child was not found. After this, the father went to duty in the night shift. After this, when he returned from duty in the morning, he saw that the child had not returned home yet. After this, he started searching for the child again. Along with this, a complaint of the child's missing was also lodged in the police station this morning. Here, on Sunday afternoon, passersby saw the body of the child lying in a deserted place near KMP. They informed the police control room about this. On receiving the information, the police of Tawadu police station reached the spot. However, this area was of Bilaspur police station, so the police of Bilaspur police station was called on the spot.

After this, the Tawadu police station took the body in its custody and informed the parents to identify it. After the information, the parents reached the spot and identified their child. Initial investigation revealed that there were injury marks on the child's chest, which raised suspicion that the body might have been thrown after the murder. At present, the police is investigating the matter.
