Ambala (The Uttam Hindu): A report of suspicious explosive material being found in the Barara area of ​​Ambala district in Haryana caused panic. The Special Task Force (STF) and bomb squad arrived at the scene and cordoned off the entire area.

According to preliminary information, the suspicious material is believed to be approximately two kilograms of RDX. Security agencies have completely closed Barad Road as a precautionary measure and a heavy police presence has been deployed in the area. Police and security agencies are investigating the incident, although officials are currently refraining from making any official statements. The bomb squad is examining the suspicious material and the surrounding area is also being searched.

Following the incident, security has been tightened in the area, and visitors are being screened.
