Woman Dies, Daughter and Brother-in-Law Critical After Accident on Way to CET Exam

Sonipat (The Uttam Hindu): Anjana, a resident of village Barawas in Rewari, met with a tragic fate while traveling with her husband Pradeep and family to Sonipat for a CET exam. Their i-10 car was involved in a road accident near Drain Number 8 on National Highway 334B in the Kharkhoda area around 5:45 pm. Following the accident, the injured family members were rushed to the government hospital in Kharkhoda, where they received initial treatment before being referred to PGI Rohtak due to the severity of their injuries.
Despite medical efforts at PGI Rohtak, Anjana succumbed to her injuries. Her eight-month-old daughter, Yashvin, and brother-in-law, Siddharth, are currently undergoing treatment at the hospital. The family is grappling with the sudden loss of a loved one, while fighting for the recovery of their injured family members.
It is reportd that Pradeep lost control of the car when a truck ahead suddenly applied brakes ausing the vehicle to crash into the highway railings and overturn onto the service lane. The impact injured all four occupants, including an infant, who were subsequently rushed to PGI Rohtak for treatment. Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
