Mandi accident: 15 Feared dead as vehicle plummets into ravine

Mandi (The Uttam Hindu): A devastating accident occurred late Saturday evening in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, leaving around 15 people feared dead after a vehicle fell into a ravine in Sojha, Banjar district. The tourists, returning from Jalori Jot, were likely victims of adverse weather and a slippery road, which caused the vehicle to lose control and plunge between Sojha and Ghyagi.

Rescue teams are on the scene, joined by MLA Surendra Shourie and an administrative team, with survival chances deemed slim.
