15-Year-Old Girl Dies of Heart Attack Allegedly Triggered by Loud DJ Music

Shivhar(The Uttam Hindu): A shocking case has come to light from Shivhar in Bihar, where a 15-year-old girl named Pinky Kumari reportedly died of a heart attack caused by loud DJ music. The incident occurred during a local wedding celebration, and the family also blamed the doctors for alleged negligence in her treatment.
According to reports, around 11 p.m., a “Matkor” ceremony procession was being held for the wedding of a neighbor's grandson, Sonphi Sah. A DJ was playing loud music during the event. Pinky had come out of her house with her family to watch the procession. Suddenly, upon hearing the loud DJ music, she collapsed and fell unconscious on the spot.
Her family rushed her to the Sadar Hospital by bike. However, the family alleged that the hospital staff treated the situation casually. Pinky’s uncle, Motilal Sah, accused the on-duty doctor, Dr. Ashish Kumar, of gross negligence, claiming that treatment started nearly an hour after they arrived, during which the girl was in severe distress, but no medical staff responded.
Pinky was reportedly suffering from a heart condition and was undergoing treatment at Delhi’s Pant Hospital. Her father, a rickshaw puller, was bearing the expenses of her ongoing treatment.
The family believes that the doctors’ negligence led to the girl’s death. Enraged by the incident, they protested against the hospital administration, demanding strict action against the responsible medical personnel. The incident drew the attention of the local Nagar Parishad Chairman, Rajan Nandan Singh, who visited the hospital and stated that it was clearly a case of medical negligence. He assured that he would meet the District Magistrate and submit a formal request for strict action against those responsible.
