Dakshin Darshan Yatra: IRCTC's Special Train from Pathankot to Rameswaram, Madurai and More

Jalandhar (The Uttam Hindu) - Indian Railways and Catering Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) provide special tour packages to the passengers to promote tourism. In this series, a special train is being run for 'Dakshin Darshan Yatra' on 28th July in which Rameswaram, Madurai, Kanyakumari, Markapur and Tirupati will be visited during the 13-day journey. Giving detailed information in this regard, Chief Regional Manager of Regional Office Chandigarh, Harjot Singh Sandhu said that under the 'Dakshin Darshan Yatra', a special train will run to visit the holy pilgrimage sites of South India via various cities including Pathankot, Jalandhar City, Ludhiana, Chandigarh. In the travel package, passengers will also get facilities like food, accommodation, local transport, travel insurance, tour manager, security. Passengers will have the option to travel in sleeper class, third AC and second AC classes.
