Shravasti (The Uttam Hindu): A tragic and shocking incident unfolded on Friday morning in Shravasti district of Uttar Pradesh. The bodies of a couple and their three children were found inside a house in Majra Liaquatpurwa of Kailashpur Gram Panchayat in the Ikauna area, causing a sensation in the entire area. Upon receiving the information, station in-charge Akhilesh Pandey, CO Bharat Paswan, and police force arrived at the scene, took all the bodies into custody, and sent them for post-mortem.

Bodies of five family members found in home, shocking incident in Shravasti, UP: According to local people, the mother of the deceased Siroj Ali told that when the door did not open for a long time in the morning, she feared something untoward had happened. She knocked on the door several times, but got no response. After this, she called her younger daughter-in-law and daughter Rabia and asked them to look inside. When Rabia looked inside the room through the window, she was shocked to see the scene there – the bodies of the entire family were lying on the bed.

When asked about family relationships, Siroj's mother said that the couple used to have arguments, but their relationship had become normal recently. The couple had three young children—a one-and-a-half-year-old son and two daughters.

Upon receiving information about the incident, the Superintendent of Police (SP) and a forensic team arrived at the scene and thoroughly examined the room. Police officials say the cause of death is still unclear. Only after the post-mortem report will it be known whether it was a suicide or a result of some other cause. Police are investigating all possible angles.
