Solar AC Revolution Hits the Market: Stay Cool with Renewable Energy

Lucknow (The Uttam Hindu): Ecozen, a startup working in the field of climate smart technology, has claimed that its new innovation Solar AC 'X Line' not only runs for six to eight hours throughout the day on solar energy alone, but its artificial intelligence controller adjusts the cooling according to the sun's rays.

Devendra Gupta, Co-founder and CEO, Ecozen, said that the original solar AC technology is designed to meet the cooling needs even during long power cuts and is attractive. Ecozen's AC is a completely decentralized space cooling system with no power requirement during the day, no generator required. This AC runs on sunlight alone for 6–8 hours throughout the day and its AI controller adjusts the cooling according to the sunlight, ensuring cooling even during cloudy days. It also supports essential loads like fans and lights.

He said that the company has so far crossed the 200 units sales mark of solar ACs in Uttar Pradesh, out of which about 100 units have been sold in June alone. This campaign, which was started on a limited scale in a few tehsils, is now being expanded on a large scale across the state. Ecozen has a strong network of more than 20 dealers and more than 30 service teams in Uttar Pradesh, which not only provides access to the product to the customers but also ensures reliable service. Gupta said that Ecozen, which has done more than 3.5 lakh solar installations (in sectors like agriculture, cold storage and food processing) across the country, is now moving towards meeting the demand for sustainable cooling on the same scale.
