“I am Nitish Kumar… ‘Sushasan Babu’ takes oath as Bihar CM for the 10th time”

Patna (The Uttam Hindu): At a grand ceremony held at Gandhi Maidan, Nitish Kumar took oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar for the 10th time. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda and several senior BJP leaders attended the event.

Chief Ministers of Haryana, Assam, Gujarat, Meghalaya, Uttar Pradesh, Nagaland, Odisha, Delhi and Rajasthan were also present for the swearing-in. On the stage, Chirag Paswan touched the feet of Jitan Ram Manjhi and JP Nadda to seek blessings.

Samrat Choudhary also took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister. Vijay Kumar Sinha will take oath as the second Deputy CM. A total of 26 MLAs will be sworn in as ministers. This includes 8 from JDU including the Chief Minister, 14 from BJP, 2 from LJP (R), and one each from RALOMO and HAM.
