Chaos in Khatushyamji: Violent Brawl Erupts, Women Scream as Heads Are Broken, Watch Video

Sikar/Jaipur (The Uttam Hindu): Rajasthan's world famous religious place Khatushyamji is once again in the headlines for chaos and violence instead of faith. A video of a violent clash between devotees and shopkeepers in the Khatushyam temple complex in Ringas of Sikar district is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In the video, people are seen brutally hitting each other with sticks, which has once again raised serious questions on the security arrangements of the temple.
In the video going viral, it can be clearly seen how the crowd of youths and shopkeepers attacked each other. During this, women kept screaming, but the fighting did not stop. In the stampede like situation, whoever came forward was beaten up. In this violent clash, some people's heads are reported to be broken and many are injured. The fighting was so fierce that devotees were seen running here and there to save their lives.

The most worrying thing is that despite such a big incident, till the time of writing the news, no party has lodged an FIR with the police. The local police say that the matter is being investigated and efforts are being made to identify the accused on the basis of the viral video.
This is not the first time that the arrangements at Khatushyamji have been exposed, as the incidents of crime in the temple premises are constantly increasing. Recently, Rs 2.5 lakh cash and 25 grams of gold were stolen from the bag of Bhagwati Prasad Soni, a resident of Chidawa, and despite having CCTV footage, the police have not been able to find any clue of the thieves till now. Apart from this, taking advantage of the crowd of lakhs, pickpockets are also roaming around fearlessly and are targeting devotees every day, raising serious questions on the security arrangements of the temple.
Devotees allege that due to the negligence of the temple administration and the sluggish working style of the police, this holy place is becoming a safe haven for criminals. If the administration does not strictly curb these incidents in time, then some major mishap may occur in the future.
