Man accused of killing his brother after alleged affair with sister-in-law

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): A shocking incident has come to light in Madhya Pradesh's Singrauli district, where a younger brother strangled his elder brother to death with a rope due to his illicit relationship with his sister-in-law. To escape, he then hanged the body. However, the truth was revealed after the post-mortem report was released.

Police registered a case and sent the body for post-mortem but after the doctors' report it was revealed that the deceased Sanjeev Shah had died due to suffocation.
When CSP Headquarters PS Parste began investigating the case, the accused's younger brother, Krishna Shah, continued to mislead the police, but the police extracted the truth from him. He then confessed to his crime.
According to the police, the accused, Krishna Shah, was an alcoholic and had an illicit relationship with the deceased's wife. The deceased had caught them in compromising positions several times, leading the accused to plot to eliminate his brother. He also wanted to make it look like a suicide, but a doctor's report and police investigation landed him in jail.
