Faridabad (The Uttam Hindu): Significant news has emerged from Haryana. Jammu and Kashmir police raided a doctor's rented house here and seized approximately 300 kilograms of RDX. In addition, police also found an AK-47 rifle and a large number of cartridges.


Major terrorist plot foiled: 300 kg RDX and 2 AK-47s recovered from a doctor's home in Faridabad, J&K Police took action: According to information, a few days ago, Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested Dr. Adil Ahmed, a resident of Anantnag, from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh on charges of having links with the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. As part of this investigation, the police raided a rented room in Faridabad.


It is reported that Mujahil Shakeel, a doctor from Kashmir, had rented this room in Faridabad. He did not live there himself but used the room only to store his belongings.


During the raid, police recovered a total of 14 bags from the room, containing 300 kg of RDX, an AK-47 rifle, 84 cartridges and some chemical substances. Preliminary investigations revealed that the room had been rented about three months ago.


At the time of the raid, 10 to 12 police vehicles arrived at the scene. The accused doctor has been detained and interrogation is ongoing. The case is suspected to have links to four states—Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Gujarat.


According to sources, Dr. Shakeel told the landlord that he only needed to keep a few items in the room. Several bags were then brought and placed there, but no one tried to find out what was inside. During the raid, police recovered 14 to 15 bags from the room.
