Indore (The Uttam Hindu): Another sensational twist has come in the murder case of Indore's famous transport businessman Raja Raghuvanshi. This time the twist in the story has come because of the deceased's wife and main accused Sonam Raghuvanshi's brother Govind, whose role till now has raised serious questions. Raja's brother has directly accused Govind of betraying the family and 'double crossing' them to save his murdered sister and her lover.

This new revelation in the case came when the deceased Raja's brother Vipin Raghuvanshi reached Shillong on Tuesday. There he came to know that Govind, who was pretending to fight for justice with his family till now, has been secretly looking for a lawyer for his sister Sonam and her lover Raj for the last few days. Vipin also got to know that Govind has already discussed the aspects related to the case with many lawyers. On hearing this, Vipin lost his patience.

Vipin alleged, Govind is outright cheating our family. Whatever he has told our family and the media so far regarding Raja's murder has been proven false. Vipin has also demanded Raja's postmortem report from Shillong hospital.

It is noteworthy that after Raja's body was found, Govind came in front of the media and demanded death penalty for his sister and made many statements claiming himself innocent, which made everyone believe his words. However, the deceased's brothers Vipin and Sachin had expressed doubts on Govind many times before. Now the news of searching for a lawyer in Shillong has made Govind's role completely suspicious.

Raja's family is also unhappy with the police investigation. Recently, Shilom James, accused of hiding evidence, got bail from the court. Earlier, two other accused Balveer Ahirwar and Lokendra Tomar, arrested from Gwalior, have also got bail. The family alleges that there are serious flaws in the police investigation, due to which it is not able to present solid evidence against the accused in the court and the accused are getting released one by one.

Indore's transport businessman Raja Raghuvanshi got married to Sonam on 11 May this year. Both of them went to Guwahati and Shillong for honeymoon on 20 May, but mysteriously disappeared on 23 May. After a long search, Raja's body was found in a ditch in Shillong on 2 June. It is alleged that Sonam, along with her lover Raj and his three friends, conspired to murder him and carried out the crime after taking him on honeymoon. After being absconding for several days, Sonam surrendered in Ghazipur, UP.
