Rajnath Singh's Big Claim: POK Will Soon Be Part of Indian Governance
New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News): While discussing ' Operation Sindoor ' in Rajya Sabha, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that some of our friends from the opposition are also saying that during Operation Sindoor we should have captured Pakistan Occupied Kashmir i.e. POK. The Defence Minister said that he is surprised about this that whether the members of the opposition are speaking their Mann Ki Baat or are just pretending.
Rajnath Singh said, "When I hear these things from my colleagues in the opposition, I wonder whether these people are saying these things from their heart or are they just pretending. Whatever it may be, it has always been the stand of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and myself that the day is not far when the people of PoK will get the privilege of becoming a part of the Indian governance system." The Defense Minister said that the story of Pakistan is like this; it always comes under pressure from some external power. Today, there are not one but many ghosts sitting on the back of Pakistan, which are not allowing it to go on the path of progress. India wants terrorism to end from the entire world including Pakistan, because it is a serious challenge for the entire world.
He said, "Today, seeing the love of our opposition colleagues for POK, I am remembering a ghazal, of which I am reciting with one word changed. Ask the reason for looting POK in front of everyone, your name will come, this story will be true." The Defense Minister said that even though late, if our opposition colleagues have come to their senses, then I assure them that if the people of the country bless and God wishes, then the day is not far when the people of Pakistan occupied Kashmir will also return home. I am surprised at this demand of my opposition colleagues because the people who are sitting in the opposition today, when their government was in power, the work they did is exactly opposite to today's demand. I am from Purvanchal of Uttar Pradesh, I am from Banaras, and there is a saying in our side that 'Baap mara andhiyare ma, bete ka naam power house. That is, the father lived in darkness all his life and the son has named himself power house.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that when our friends in the opposition were ruling the country, they and their political seniors did not take any action against Pakistan in response to the terrorist attack in India because they were afraid that Pakistan was a nuclear weapon country. He said, “Today when we are giving a befitting reply to Pakistan, I am reminded of this story of the father-son from the darkness and power house. Today when they go to different parts of the country, they see the unwavering faith of the people of India in this vision of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He said that but what the opposition wants is still beyond understanding. When you were in power, your policy paralysis harmed the country and today when you are in the opposition, your policy bankruptcy has become a matter of concern for the country and democracy.
Only when we are free from the threat of terrorism, we will be able to move towards the goal of peace and progress as well as prosperity in the whole world in the true sense. The common people of Pakistan also want all this, but the rulers there have put Pakistan on the path of destruction. No person wants to uproot his roots, but since they do not have any clear direction, no roadmap, terrorism has become a business in Pakistan.
