Pakistani Spy Unmasked: Patiala Police Catch Mole Disguised as 'Punjabi Kudi'

Patiala (The Uttam Hindu) : Patiala Police has arrested a Pakistani spy who has been identified as Gurpreet Singh (35 years) resident of Bharso. In this regard, SSP Varun Sharma said that the accused was sending information about the military station to Pakistani agencies for one and a half years, 4 mobile phones of different companies have been recovered from him. Staying in India, he used to give information about the activities of the Indian military station and people working against India in Pakistan.

The SSP said that the accused Gurpreet Singh used to communicate with Pakistani agencies through an ID named "Punjabi Kudi", which had 'live in' Karachi Pakistan written on it. The accused Gurpreet Singh had got a SIM card issued in his name in December 2024, whose mobile number is 76259-08993, and had given the WhatsApp activation code of his said number to a girl living in Pakistan, which was being operated by a person living there. The accused Gurpreet Singh still used to contact Pakistani agencies through various apps. This person was also on the radar of the central agency. This person used to send SIM cards, telecom devices, secret and sensitive military information to people sitting in Pakistan.
