New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The world is concerned about the deepening tensions in the Middle East. Following the official confirmation of the death of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, fears of a more severe conflict in the region are being raised. Meanwhile, an old video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is resurfacing on social media. The video praises the success of Operation Sindoor and India's military prowess.

In July 2025, Prime Minister Modi mentioned the success of Operation Sindoor in Parliament. He stated, "On May 9th, Pakistan attempted to launch a massive attack on India with approximately 1,000 missiles and drones. Had these missiles landed anywhere in India, they would have caused devastating devastation. However, India destroyed those 1,000 missiles and drones mid-air."

PM Modi further said, "Pakistan spread the lie of the attack on the Adampur airbase, tried its best to sell that lie, even using all its might. I reached Adampur the very next day and personally exposed their lies. Only then did they realize that this lie was no longer going to work."

BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya also shared Prime Minister Modi's video on the social media platform X. He wrote, "As we witness the scenes of devastation from different parts of the world, it's a stark reminder of how fragile peace can be."

Amit Malviya further wrote, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently spoke about how India successfully thwarted over 1000 missile and drone attacks and protected the safety of its citizens and vital infrastructure.”

"In this era of evolving warfare and challenging security challenges, readiness, technological capability, and decisive leadership make all the difference. India's swift defensive response is a testament to the strength of our military, our growing indigenous defense capabilities, and our unwavering commitment to national security. Peace is not achieved by chance, but by readiness. Peace comes from strength," he wrote in the post.
