Tragic road accident on NH-30 claims six lives from same family
Six family members killed in a tragic collision between two cars on NH-30, raising concerns over road safety.

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Six people were killed and three others seriously injured in a horrific road accident in Chhattisgarh's Kanker district. All the deceased were said to be from the same family.
According to reports, the accident occurred in the Kotwali police station area when two cars collided head-on on National Highway 30. The impact was so severe that all occupants of one car died on the spot, while three people in the other car were seriously injured and are currently undergoing treatment.
The deceased were reportedly residents of Udakuda village in Kanker. They were returning to their village after attending a wedding in Chivranj when the accident occurred near Nathia Navagaon.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Kanker Superintendent of Police Nikhil Rakhecha arrived at the scene and took stock of the situation. He stated that six people were killed and three others injured in the accident. Police are investigating the incident and gathering further information, including the identities of the deceased.
