Shiv Sena Leader Sanjay Raut Faces Serious Health Issues, Advised Rest

Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut is reportedly suffering from serious health issues, prompting doctors to advise him to avoid public gatherings and limit physical interactions for the time being. Sources close to the senior leader said that his condition has recently worsened, and he has been instructed to take complete rest under medical supervision.
Raut, a prominent face of the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) faction and a Rajya Sabha MP, has been actively involved in political meetings and media interactions over the past few months. However, due to his declining health, his public engagements have been significantly reduced.
According to reports, doctors have cautioned him against excessive stress and exposure to large crowds to prevent further complications. Party members have also confirmed that Raut will be taking a brief break from political activities until his health stabilizes.
Despite his illness, the Sena leader continues to monitor party developments and remains in touch with key members through phone and virtual meetings. Party sources said he is determined to return to full political activity once his condition improves.
The news has led to an outpouring of good wishes from supporters and party workers across Maharashtra, who have expressed hope for his speedy recovery.
