Speeding bus returning from wedding procession crashes into car, four killed

Bhind (The Uttam Hindu): A major road accident took place in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhind district on Saturday night, leaving four people dead and seven injured. The collision occurred on the Bhind-Gwalior Highway (NH-719) near the Gohad Chauraha police station area when a speeding bus returning from a wedding procession crashed into an Eco car.


According to initial reports, the bus was heading toward Gwalior after attending a wedding in Bhind. Near Gohad intersection, it allegedly hit the car carrying several passengers. The impact was severe, causing extensive damage to the vehicle and resulting in four deaths on the spot. The accident led to chaos and panic in the area for some time.


Police reached the scene soon after being informed and, with the help of local residents, began rescue operations. The injured were taken to a nearby hospital. Two of them are reported to be in critical condition and were referred to Gwalior for advanced treatment. Authorities have started an investigation into the incid
