Prayagraj (The Uttam Hindu): Significant news has emerged from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. An Indian Air Force (IAF) microlight aircraft crashed here. The accident occurred while the aircraft was on a routine training flight. Panic ensued as the aircraft struck the ground, but the relief is that both pilots on board are safe and a major tragedy was averted.

According to information provided by the Air Force, the incident occurred on Wednesday during a routine training sortie. The aircraft was in flight when it suddenly crashed due to a technical problem. Fortunately, the aircraft did not crash in a densely populated area, resulting in no casualties or damage to property on the ground. Upon receiving news of the accident, the Air Force rescue team and local administration immediately arrived at the scene and handled the situation. Both pilots have been safely evacuated.

The exact cause of the accident is still unknown. Given the seriousness of the situation, the Indian Air Force has ordered a Court of Inquiry. The investigation team will attempt to determine whether the accident was due to a technical fault, weather conditions, or human error. For now, the biggest relief for the Air Force is that both of its brave pilots are safe.
