Woman Allegedly Drugged, Sexually Assaulted in Car; Three Accused

Uttar Pradesh (The Uttam Hindu) : A shocking incident has come to light in the Khair Kotwali area of Uttar Pradesh, where a woman was allegedly kidnapped, raped, and held hostage for four years. According to the victim's complaint, she was on her way to her maternal home after a quarrel with her husband when she was stopped by three men - Madanlal Azad, Arun Valmiki, and Abhishek - who offered her a ride.

The men allegedly spiked her drink with an intoxicating substance, and when she fell unconscious, they took her to their house and raped her throughout the night, filming the act. When she regained consciousness, she tried to escape but was caught and tied up. The accused then took her to Delhi, where they kept her captive, drugging and raping her repeatedly over the course of four years.

The victim claimed she was blackmailed with the video and threatened that her husband and children would be killed if she didn't comply. She even attempted suicide due to the mental torture. In November 2022, she managed to escape and went to her maternal uncle's house in Noida, where she narrated her ordeal.

Police Investigation

The victim's husband had filed a missing report at Saket police station in Delhi in August 2022. Based on her detailed complaint, the Khair Kotwali police have registered a case against the accused and are searching for them. The police assure that the accused will be arrested soon and brought to justice . This incident raises serious concerns about women's safety and highlights the challenges in dealing with such crimes.
