New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu)- Life has been disrupted due to the intermittent rain in Delhi-NCR. Waterlogging in many areas has worsened the situation. At the same time, more than 340 flights have been delayed at Delhi airport due to heavy rain.


Due to heavy rains in the country's capital Delhi, the water level of Yamuna river is increasing rapidly. Yamuna water has entered the low-lying areas. From the monastery market of Kashmir Gate to Yamuna Bazaar, Vasudev Ghat, Madanpur Khadar and Nigam Bodh Ghat, everything is filled with water. Yamuna Bazaar is filled with more than 10 feet of water. Along with this, flood water has reached some villages of Noida, due to which crops have been damaged. More than 7500 people affected by the flood in Delhi have been displaced and have been accommodated in relief camps set up at 25 places.
