Khalistani slogans on Jalandhar train trigger chaos, stampede reported

Jalandhar (The Uttam Hindu): Khalistani slogans were found written on a train traveling from Amritsar to Haridwar. According to information received, anti-India slogans were found written on coach number NR 257401 of Jan Shatabdi train number 12054, which was traveling to Haridwar at Jalandhar City Railway Station. According to information, a railway employee noticed the slogans while the train was crossing the Beas River and immediately informed the Jalandhar GRP police. Security was also increased at the scene.
Upon reaching Jalandhar, the train was stopped and police erased the slogans by painting them black. According to reports, gateman Ranjit Kumar of Motor No. 62 immediately alerted authorities. Upon receiving the information, a message was immediately sent to the Deputy Police Officer, and RPF personnel took immediate action and resolved the matter.
The incident occurred in coach number 11. The administration has inspected the coach and removed the slogans. Security agencies are investigating who wrote the slogans and their purpose. Public concern has increased and security has been increased at the station. Railway management has assured that security is being further tightened to prevent such incidents in the future.
