Health experts suggest that the problem can be prevented and controlled by making simple changes in daily routine. One effective way is to include certain drinks in your diet that help reduce liver fat. Harvard-trained gastroenterologist Dr. Saurabh Sethi recently highlighted these drinks through a video on social media.

1. Black Tea

Black tea, when consumed without milk and sugar, not only reduces morning fatigue but also helps in lowering liver fat. The antioxidants present in black tea reduce fat accumulation and inflammation in the liver. Regular consumption improves liver function and lowers insulin resistance. Drinking one or two cups a day can be beneficial.

2. Green Tea

For coffee lovers, black coffee can act as a remedy for fatty liver. Rich in chlorogenic acid and other antioxidants, it helps lower inflammation and reduces the risk of fibrosis in the liver. Experts recommend consuming 1–2 cups of black coffee daily without milk and sugar for best results.

4. Matcha
