Morning routine revealed: two habits that can save the lives of diabetic patients

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Due to poor lifestyles, diabetes is becoming a growing problem among people as they age. Stress and poor eating habits can leave the body vulnerable to numerous diseases, but if someone has diabetes, it can be controlled by lifestyle changes.
Diabetes occurs when blood glucose levels rise and the pancreas cannot produce insulin efficiently. When insulin production is low, sugar levels in the body increase, leading to symptoms such as frequent urination, weight loss, fatigue, and increased or decreased appetite.
However, these two methods, when done in the morning, can completely control sugar. Consuming fenugreek or cinnamon with lukewarm water in the morning will help control sugar. To do this, soak fenugreek overnight and boil it slightly with warm water in the morning.
If you don't like the taste of fenugreek, you can use cinnamon instead. Drinking warm water in the morning boosts metabolism, which helps the digestive system function properly and prevents constipation or stomach problems. Fenugreek has anti-diabetic properties, which help regulate blood glucose levels and reduce blood impurities.
Cinnamon also helps produce the hormone insulin. Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antibacterial properties, which help the body produce healthy hormones and maintain proper pancreas function.
Another way is to take a 20-minute morning walk and get sunlight. You can walk barefoot on the grass in a park every morning or you can also take a long walk of 20 minutes. During this, wear cotton clothes, so that the sunlight falls properly on the body and the body gets a good dose of Vitamin D. By doing this, both the mind and body remain calm and stress is reduced. The whole day is filled with energy and the problem of small hunger pangs also reduces. Although a diabetic patient should not remain hungry for a long time, but to satisfy small hunger pangs, eat good things.
