AAP MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra declared a fugitive in a rape case

Patiala (The Uttam Hindu) – AAP MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra, accused in a rape case, has received a setback from the court. The Patiala court has declared Pathanmajra a fugitive. The court has ordered the MLA to submit a list of his properties. The next hearing in the case will be on January 31st.

A woman filed a rape case against Pathanmajra. After this, Pathanmajra absconded. The district court issued a notice to the MLA to appear by December 20th, but he did not appear. Meanwhile, the MLA has filed an anticipatory bail petition in the High Court, the decision on which is pending. The woman alleged that the MLA lied about his previous marriage, married her, and then sexually assaulted her. He also made the photographs viral during this time.
