Bhagwant Mann claims AAP delivered on promises in 4 years, warns of BJP's 'religious war' if elected
He highlights projects like Amritsar's cricket stadium and Hockey Asia Cup in Punjab, while criticizing BJP's policies and promises

Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann held a press conference in Chandigarh to mark the completion of four years of the AAP government in Punjab. On this occasion, he released a booklet detailing the work done during his tenure and made several major announcements.
At the press conference, CM Mann stated that an international cricket stadium is being built in Amritsar and that land is being sought for it. He added that Punjab has been awarded the much-delayed opportunity to host the Hockey Asia Cup. The matches will be held at Boulton Park in Jalandhar and Mohali.
If BJP government is formed then there will be a fight on religion: Mann
Taking aim at BJP, CM Mann said that they have directly said that if our government is formed, we will start a fight on religion in Punjab. Wherever their government is formed, fights start there in the name of religion. We are going to sacrifice for other religions. I want to tell Amit Shah that all kinds of seeds grow here. But the seed of hatred does not grow. Along with this he said that BJP promised Rs 15 lakh. Then after the elections they said that this was just a Jumla. In the name of employment, PM Narendra Modi said that frying pakodas is also employment.
The Chief Minister, referring to Congress MP Sukhjinder Randhawa as a gangster leader, said, "He had created his own gangsters." The Chief Minister added that Amit Shah comes to Punjab and talks about gangsters, but gangster Lawrence is kept in a VIP facility in Gujarat's Sabarmati Jail.
Regarding the agriculture policy, the Chief Minister said that there are many issues related to the central government, which are delaying the work. The central government should be serious. Now a deal is being made between the US and India, but they are not telling about it. The agriculture policy should be pro-farmer. The agriculture policy will be made after consulting the farmers. We will discuss this with intellectuals and PAU professors. We will make improvements to it.
Sidhu is trying to bring Anmol Bishnoi, the accused in the Moosewala murder case , to India
Lawrence Bishnoi is being kept in Sabarti Jail and provided with state-of-the-art facilities. This approach is not appropriate. The problem of gangsters exists everywhere, including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana. Canada is also facing this problem. Whenever we get a clue, we arrest such accused and bring them back. We do not give tickets to relatives of gangsters. We do not make them constituency in-charges. What Sukhbir Badal says means he will give tickets to gangsters. This is the qualification of Sukhbir Badal's brother-in-law. He used to twirl his moustache and abuse mothers and sisters in the Assembly. Today, he talks about mothers and daughters. I have those stories. He cannot imagine what he has done.
